Butcher & Chef on omanäolise kontseptsiooniga kvaliteetliha pood ja restoran Balti Jaama Turul.

Mis teeb meie lihabutiigi omanäoliseks? Eesmärk pakkuda suurima valikuga kvaliteetset liha – värske ja marineeritud, Rotisserie grillitud, külm- ja kuumsuitsu.

The concept of our boutique is to offer our customers an amazingly wide choice of quality meat – fresh, seasoned, rotisserie grilled, hot and cold smoked.

In our shop, you'll find a variety of Charcuterie such as fermented sausages, dried sausages, hot and cold smoked sausages, ham, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit.

Our restaurant menu features premium quality steaks from some of the world’s finest cattle, pork, poultry, duck and lamb. Whether you’re looking for dry-aged beef or a fantastic piece of Japanese Wagyu, tender corn-fed American beef or specially selected Uruguay Rib-eye – the Butcher & Chef menu never fails to impress.
