2014. aastal loodi BTA Insurance Company SE reorganiseerimise käigus ettevõtte BTA Baltic Insurance Company AS, jagades ettevõtte geograafiliste äripiiride järgi: Baltimaad ja ülejäänud Euroopa. BTA Baltic Insurance Company AS-i emaettevõte BTA Insurance Company SE omab üle 20 aasta pikkust kogemust kindlustusäris, olles 2009. aastal suuruselt kolmas kindlustusselts Baltimaades.
BTA Baltic Insurance Company AS sai Finants- ja Kapitalituru Komisjonilt 10. juunil 2015 litsentsid kindlustusteenuste osutamiseks.
