von Stackelberg Hotel Tallinna restoran ja baar Emmeline & Otto on elegantne koht kuni 100 inimesele. Paekivist seinad, puidust lagi ja põrand annavad edasi hotelli ajaloolist atmosfääri ning loovad intiimse ja sooja õhustiku.
Restoran sai oma nime parun Theophil von Stackelberg´i laste järgi. Emmeline oli paruni esiklapse üks kolmest nimest ja Otto paruni esimese poja üks nimedest. Laste kaheaastane vanusevahe muutis nad teineteisele väga lähedaseks ja nad jagasid oma saladusi. Üheks saladuseks oli kokakunst.

The restaurant and bar Emmeline & Otto is an elegant place which can accommodate up to 100 guests. With its limestone walls, wooden ceiling and floors reflecting the hotel´s historical atmosphere, visitors will experience a sense of intimacy and warmth.
The restaurant was named after Baron von Theophil von Stackelberg´s children. Emmeline was one of the names given to his first child and Otto was one of his first son’s names. Despite the fact that Emmeline was two years older than Otto, they were very close and shared their innermost thoughts. One shared secret was the art of cooking.
